2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nadi Tech website, submitting an enquiry, or completing enrolment in any programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under Malaysian law. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using the Service and reach out to discuss your concerns before proceeding.
3. Service Description
Nadi Tech offers online learning programmes focused on artificial intelligence development. Our current programmes are:
- ‣Introduction to AI Building — a six-week foundational programme covering Python basics, data handling, and model training (RM 950).
- ‣Machine Learning Workshop — a ten-week practical programme on data work, model training, and evaluation (RM 1,420).
- ‣Deep Learning Pavilion — a thirteen-week advanced programme covering architectures, training, and deployment (RM 1,830).
Programmes are delivered primarily online. Access to live clinics, cohort spaces, and recorded sessions is provided as outlined in each programme's description. We reserve the right to adjust session schedules, substitute facilitators, or update course content as needed to maintain quality, and will communicate material changes in advance.
The Service is offered in English and is accessible from Malaysia and other countries subject to local laws. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
4. User Accounts
Access to programme materials may require account credentials provided by Nadi Tech upon enrolment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will work with you to resolve the situation in a timely way.
Your account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another individual. Each enrolment covers one learner.
5. User Responsibilities
We aim to maintain a respectful, collaborative learning environment. When using the Service, you agree to:
- ‣Engage with fellow learners and facilitators with courtesy and good faith.
- ‣Submit your own work and not misrepresent the source of any submission.
- ‣Refrain from recording or distributing live sessions or clinic recordings without prior written consent.
- ‣Use the peer cohort space for constructive discussion related to programme content.
- ‣Not use the Service to distribute unsolicited communications or engage in activities that disrupt the learning environment.
- ‣Keep your contact and billing details accurate and up to date.
Behaviour that persistently undermines the learning environment for others may result in suspension or removal from the programme, subject to the terms outlined in Section 12.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, lesson structures, assessments, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Nadi Tech or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Content for your own learning during the active programme period (and, where applicable, through any lasting access offered).
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish course materials in any form without our prior written permission. Code exercises and projects you complete as part of the programme are your own work; however, the underlying templates, frameworks, and instructional materials remain ours.
If you believe any content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with the details.
7. Payment Terms
All programme fees are quoted and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Current programme fees are as listed on our website. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed instalment arrangement communicated in writing by Nadi Tech.
Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances change. Requests for a refund submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the programme start date will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees. Requests submitted less than seven days before the start date or after the programme has commenced will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot process refunds for completed programme access.
Payment is accepted via methods specified at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future cohorts; any change will not affect an enrolment already confirmed and paid.
If a payment is not completed, your place in the cohort may be released. We will contact you before doing so.
8. Enrolment & Programme Completion
A completion acknowledgement is issued to learners who participate in programme activities and submit the required project(s) to a satisfactory standard. The acknowledgement reflects your participation; it is not an accredited qualification under the Malaysian Qualifications Framework.
Academic integrity matters to us. Submitting another person's work as your own, or using tools to generate project submissions without genuine personal engagement, is not in keeping with the spirit of the pavilion. We may withhold completion acknowledgements in such cases.
If you are unable to complete a programme due to personal circumstances, please contact us. We will consider deferral or catch-up options where feasible.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to maintain reliable access and high-quality content, we do not make any representations about uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of every piece of content, or suitability for a particular purpose beyond what is described in the programme outlines.
Nadi Tech provides educational resources and peer-supported learning. We do not offer professional advisory services (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise), and nothing in the programme content should be taken as professional advice of any kind.
Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience, and consistent engagement. We do not make any claims about specific career results, employment, or income following completion of our programmes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Nadi Tech's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Nadi Tech and its personnel against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of applicable laws, or your conduct that causes harm to other participants or third parties in connection with the Service.
12. Termination
By you: You may withdraw from a programme at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.
By us: We may suspend or remove your access if you breach this Agreement in a material way or engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you before doing so. Where a breach is capable of remedy, we will give you an opportunity to address it first.
Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of this Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] first. Most concerns can be addressed through an open conversation, and we prefer that approach.
If informal resolution is not achievable, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Where mediation is appropriate, both parties may agree to use the services of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) or another mutually agreed mediator.
Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and any other applicable Malaysian legislation are not affected by these terms.
14. General Provisions
- ‣Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitutes the full agreement between you and Nadi Tech regarding the Service.
- ‣Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- ‣Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on future occasions.
- ‣Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor entity, and we will notify you if this occurs.
- ‣Notices: Formal notices may be sent by email to addresses provided by each party. Notices to Nadi Tech should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website and, where practical, send a message to enrolled learners. The updated terms will take effect 14 days after the notice is posted, unless an earlier date is required by law.
Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. If you would prefer not to accept them, you may withdraw and request a refund in accordance with Section 7.
